By creating an account or using zenow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

zenow helps students plan their studies: calendar, scheduling, and study-planning tools. Study plans and schedules are suggestions generated from your data — they are not a guarantee of any particular academic result.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for everything done with your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
• The Service is not directed at children under 13.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to store unlawful content.
• Attempt to access other users' data or the Service's systems beyond your own account.
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service's operation.

4. Payments and subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase, except where the digital Service was fully delivered with their consent.
• Refunds are issued where required by law or at our discretion.

5. Your data

You own the content you put into the Service. We use it only to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Intellectual property

zenow's software, design, and branding remain ours. This does not restrict your rights to your own content.

7. Availability and liability

• The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for academic outcomes arising from use of the Service.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page and, for material changes, notify users by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
